Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Gros Manseng are three varieties of grape used in our Côtes de Gascogne wines. They enable us to offer you white wines with generous aromas, fresh and fruity in flavour.
The Gessler vineyard can offer a rich and diverse collection obtained from various methods of cultivation, of vinification. and ageing.

  • Domaine de Joÿ "Sélection"
    The best of our Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Gros Manseng grape varieties.

    (Silver Medal at the 1999 Paris Agricultural Contest)
    Light robe, brilliant, very clear. Fruity and floral aroma (pineapple and grapefruit, hawthorn, respectively) and very fresh. A hint acidulous at the end confers a welcome liveliness to this wine.

  • Domaine de Joÿ "Classique"
    A wine which is reminiscent of the pleasure of fresh fruit, composed of 70% Colombard and 30% Gros Manseng.

    Brilliant robe, clear. Smell denoting great freshness, complex with a hint of citrus and white flowers. A clean, straightforward lead in the mouth, much delicacy enhanced by an acidulous finale.

  • Domaine de Joÿ "St-André"
    A selection of very mature Manseng grape vines in which the fermentation is controlled by cool temperatures to preserve only 40 g of natural sugar. This results in a surprising balance between fruit and freshness.

    Lovely light golden robe. Elegant smell expressing notes of citrus which change into hints of exotic fruit. A great freshness in the mouth which confers energy to this wine of well-balanced mellowness..

  • Domaine de Joÿ "Cuvée Chêne"
    100% Gros Manseng, fermented and aged mostly in casks made of new French oakwood. Good capacity for maturing.

Lovely yellow robe with golden reflections. A smell of great complexity of aromas of  wood, vanilla and a hint of dried fruit, yet with much freshness in the quality of the aroma. Clean, straightforward lead in the mouth which is very pleasing for this well-structured wine.

  • Domaine de Joÿ "Cuvée Enjoy"
    The is the latest addition to our vineyard. Due to its concentration of fruity notes and its infinitely long lasting taste, this wine can be consumed both as an aperitif wine or during a meal and, of course, accompany our traditional "foies gras" of the Southwest of France. Let the mystery of "Enjoy" enchant you.
    Lovely light gold robe. Elegant expressive smell which denotes with a hint of citrus which gradually evolves to exotic fruits. Great freshness in the mouth confers energy to this well-balanced mellow wine.
