The Domaine de Joÿ also produces, since many years, foie gras and cooked meals (cassoulets, confits, rillettes...).

These products, available only to private customers, come exclusively from our production, we raise and process our ducks in respect of the purest Gasconne tradition.

Life at the Domaine de Joÿ
You are increasingly more numerous to come and visit us during the summer.  We are happy to continue to receive you each day : Monday to Saturday noon.

The grape harvest
The grapes now gorged with sun, allows us to be extremely optimistic about discovering in a few weeks the fruity white wines of Gascogne 2001.

Distillation
In November, our impatient distillation still will be lit and furnish us with the fine and scented brandy which is Armagnac.
