The priority aim is to keep and develop the fruit and the elegance of the manseng for the wine's structure and freshness. This is most pleasurable young wine, popular with one and all, perfect for an aperitif and all fish and crustacean dishes.

Varieties: Colombard 50%, Ugni-blanc 25%, Gros Manseng 25%

Exposure & soils: Due south facing clayey-siliceous hillsides for the colombard and the ugni-blanc. Silty-siliceous plateaus for the gros manseng.

An elegance and structure typical of the sauvignon with a touch of gros manseng to give freshness and body. This original marriage, typical of Gascony, is also a feminine wine for refined dishes, and a worthy companion for every kind of meal.

Varieties: Sauvignon blanc 80%, Gros Manseng 20%

Exposure & soils: Silty-siliceous and gravelly plateaus.

This is a seductive, exotic wine, gentle in the mouth with slightly charred, almost buttery notes and a fresh finish. A perfect partner for fish and poultry.

Fruity notes!
10% vinified and aged in casks.
Low yield vines with structured varieties permitting vinification and ageing in barrels. The woody taste is blended and very discreet, with dominant fruit, nice to drink young, but reveals its aromatic complexity after ageing. This is a perfect wine for cooked fish dishes, white meat, and cheese.

Varieties: Gros Manseng - Petit Manseng - Colombard or Ugni blanc

Exposure & soils: plateaus and hillsides with due south exposure on clayey-siliceous soils.

Eros - rosé Eros - rosé

Goal : to develop fruit and aromes by low temperature maceration, and keep freshness in the mouth. EROS: God of love, symbolizing desire, is the perfect definition for this pleasant and refreshing wine with hints of preserved berries. This is your summer wine!

Varieties: Cabernet franc 50% - Merlot 50%

Exposure & soils: Steep south-facing slopes on gravelly clayey-siliceous soils.

A new philosophy
This summer’s easy-drinking red owes its fruitiness to cold maceration, a special process that aims to develop the fruit while preserving the smoothness of the tannins. The result is a wine to enjoy in good company, perfect for barbecues and parties.

Varieties : Tanat 40% - Syrah 40% - Cabernet Franc 5% - Merlot 5%

Position & Soil: Excellent position on south-facing slopes in siliceous clay.

Saint André - moëlleux léger Saint Andre

Sweet freshness!
With its surprizing balance between sugars and freshness, this is an elegant, racy wine of contrasts, perfect as an aperitif, and with foie gras, but don't hesitate to drink it with all kinds of main dishes, as well as blue cheese. A delight!

Varieties: Gros Manseng 100%
Balance: 40 gr. of residual sugars

Exposure & soils: plateaus with gravelly silty-siliceous soils.

Grains de Jo˙ - sweet Grains de Jo˙ - sweet

Gourmet melody! (sweet)
Even when harvested late, this variety keeps a good freshness with notes of lychee, hiney and quince paste. A treat as an aperitif, sweet and fresh with foie gras, elegant with cheese and dessert.
